Working within a constrained budget, the project retained the original Gold Coast–style layout and existing load-bearing walls, requiring a careful balance between preservation and progression.

A modern twist was introduced through considered planning and spatial refinement, transforming the home to suit the clients’ contemporary lifestyle needs.
