KNOCK DOWN RE-BUILD
This project was a near complete demolition, extension to lower footprint, and total second storey addition. Working alongside TMD Constructions for the build and interior design. Take a closer look at the completion!
ACREAGE RENOVATION

Working with one of our longest clients, Next Gen Design & Construct, who are the builders and owners. We completed a full renovation of the high set house and re-purposed the ground level as an entertainment and guest space, with both levels flowing out onto the sprawling backyard and pool area.
NEW VILLAS | DUAL OCCUPANCY
​
The design brief for these new Villas was that of a Scandinavian meets Coastal influence. The site being utilised to it's full potential to maximise living space, the result being a greater than expected use of the site. This involved collaborations with Northmac Constructions, and Hemko Interiors.
NEW TOWNHOUSES | DETACHED SUB-DIVISION

A large suburban lot with an old brick and tile house? - a dream site for many. These 2 homes were designed with the intent to sell one, and keep one. With a re-configuration of the lot in order to sub-divide into freehold lots. Have a closer peek here!
